We even serve the general public, with copies of deeds, deed of trust, Power of Attorney and any other document that one may need a copy of for personal use.

Our company will walk in and record any document. Upon receiving the document we will inspect the document for all required information to make sure it will pass county regulations. If there is a problem with the recording we will contact you immediately for instructions. Once recorded we will provide you with the information and receipt of the recorded product.

We are able to service 40 localities throughout the State of Virginia. From Northern, Eastern, and Central parts of the state. Many of localities we are able to provide results same day - 48 hours, varying on the locality.
Delivery
We are able to email, fax, or mail/overnight documents back to you according to your specific needs.
Pricing
Our pricing is based upon what type of search is completed. We are able to provide bulk pricing on large orders as well. Document retrievals can be completed as low as $10-$15 per request.
